Small Ulbricht Integrating Sphere From A Light-Bulb Factory Laboratory

Risk Value: log in to view

Ulbricht sphere, also known as an integrating sphere, originating from the laboratory of a Hungarian light-bulb factory. Instruments of this type were used to examine the total luminous flux, light distribution and other photometric characteristics of light sources. The matte, diffusely reflective white interiors of its two opening hemispheres distribute the measured light evenly; parts of the original measurement ports, wiring and fittings remain on its robust steel stand.
